Terms of Service

Wellzos gives studios ("Studios") tools to schedule classes, manage bookings and waitlists, sell class packages and memberships, and embed a booking widget on the Studio's own website. Studios' customers ("Customers") use Wellzos to browse schedules, book classes, and manage their own accounts.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Studios are responsible for the accuracy of the class, pricing, and policy information they publish, and for how they manage their own staff and customer accounts.

When a Studio connects a Stripe account, payments for class packages and memberships are processed by Stripe and paid directly to the Studio's own Stripe account — Wellzos does not hold, control, or take a cut of Customer payments. Bookings and purchases are agreements between the Customer and the Studio; Wellzos provides the platform but is not a party to that transaction. Refund, cancellation, and late-cancellation policies are set by each Studio individually.

Wellzos itself may offer paid subscription plans for Studios to access the platform, including a free trial period. Subscription pricing and terms are as shown on our Plans page at the time you sign up.

Studios are responsible for complying with applicable laws in how they run their business, including consumer protection, payment, and privacy laws relevant to their Customers. Wellzos is not a medical or health platform — Studios are responsible for any waivers, health screening, or safety practices their classes require.

You agree not to:

• Use Wellzos for any unlawful purpose or to violate any person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Studio data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation
• Use automated means to scrape or access Wellzos beyond normal use
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a Studio

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and may modify these Terms — we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Wellzos after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using Wellzos and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Wellzos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellzos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between Studios and their Customers, which Wellzos is not a party to.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
